our court system is failing us

The Cascade Effect, our fastest growing and most popular show, has highlighted the extreme inadequacies and corruption of our legal system, especially of the judicial branch. We have been denied our constitutional right to a grand jury by multiple judges, something that they are required to grant us. Instead they’ve dismissed us at every opportunity and violated our rights as citizens.

Since we are not lawyers, our goal is to hire a firm to prepare all of the legal documents for our journey through the rest of court system. We’re headed to the United States District Court for the District of Montana next. It’s a costly venture but one that we must follow through on if we’re to have any chance at retaining our constitutional rights given to us through both the United States Constitution as well as the Montana Constitution. Help us stand up for our rights. Donate to the cause below.

every. dollar. counts.

Mike Hanson was killed on his own property by the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office, having done nothing wrong. His case launched our show and our desire to fix our broken grand jury system in Montana.

Why give?

  • Pressure from the media is one of the best ways to hold government officials accountable. We are that media.

  • Mike’s case deserves to be reviewed in an official manner. It will never happen without more support and more people following the show.

  • You can be helping to fix the root issues that cause so many innocent Montanans to be locked away in prison.
